Terms of Service

Welcome to CommentGuard (“we”, “our”, “us”). CommentGuard is a software-as-a-service platform that helps users manage and moderate comments on Instagram accounts.

By creating an account or using CommentGuard, you agree to these Terms of Service.

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must have the authority to connect and manage any Instagram account(s) you link to CommentGuard.

• You agree to provide accurate information.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

By connecting your Instagram account, you grant CommentGuard permission to access Instagram media and comments via Meta’s APIs to provide moderation features.

You remain responsible for any moderation decisions made using the service and for complying with Meta/Instagram policies.

You agree not to:

• Use CommentGuard for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to interfere with or overload the service
• Reverse engineer or misuse the platform
• Violate Meta/Instagram platform policies

CommentGuard may offer free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are processed via Stripe and may renew automatically unless cancelled.

Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable.

We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. CommentGuard is provided “as is” without warranties.

You may stop using CommentGuard at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or misuse the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CommentGuard is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, lost data, or outcomes related to Instagram enforcement actions.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
