Data Deletion Instructions

If you would like to request deletion of your CommentGuard account data (including Instagram data we’ve stored), follow the steps below.

How to request deletion

  1. Email us from the address associated with your CommentGuard account at support@commentguard.co.uk.
  2. Use the subject line: “Data Deletion Request”.
  3. Include your account email and (optionally) the Instagram username connected to CommentGuard.

What we delete

  • Your CommentGuard account profile details
  • Stored Instagram account identifiers and access tokens
  • Synced Instagram media and comment records stored by CommentGuard

Timing

We will process deletion requests as soon as reasonably possible, typically within 30 days.
